Our 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund. The delivery date is determined by the tracking number confirmation.

Restocking/Shipping Fees

All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus return shipping.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original, sellable condition.
• Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
• Free of any stains, odors, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email our support team at help@scarcityus.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

Please note that all final sale items, limited edition releases, and collaboration pieces cannot be returned. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time
